About

Hi, I'm Annalynn!

I'm a visual storyteller based in Kansas with a passion for capturing authentic moments and the stories behind them. My work ranges from sports photography and community events to portraits and multimedia projects, but at the center of it all is a love for documenting people and the moments that matter most to them.

I earned my degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Kansas with minors in Photography and Sport Management. Today, I work as a Content Strategist at McPherson College, where I create photography, video and digital content that helps tell the stories of students, alumni and the campus community.

My background in journalism taught me that the most powerful stories often happen in a single moment, whether it be a game-winning celebration, a meaningful interaction or a fleeting expression that might otherwise go unnoticed. Through photography and video, I strive to preserve those moments in a way that feels authentic, impactful and lasting.

Whether I'm covering an event, creating multimedia content or working with clients, my goal is always the same: to create visuals that connect people to a story.

Available for freelance photography, video and visual storytelling projects.
